THE ART OF LAYERING

One bottle. Infinite versions of you.

We didn't invent layering. We built ETHEREAL to actually do it well — designed to blend into what you already wear, not compete with it. No scent stands alone. Everything is built to become part of something bigger: you.

The Art of Layering

Layering is the premise of this house. The Study covers it in three movements — the rules, the foundation, and the combinations. They're short. Start anywhere.

I — The Rules

How to Layer Fragrances (Without Ruining Both)

Done carelessly, layering smells like a duty-free aisle collapsed on you. Done well, it produces a scent that belongs to you alone. The difference isn't luck — it's structure.

II — The Foundation

The Skin Scent: Why Your Base Layer Matters Most

Every layered composition is built on its quietest element. Choose the base well and everything above it improves. Choose it badly and nothing can be fixed from the top.

III — The Combinations

Layering ETHEREAL: Three Combinations We Actually Wear

Theory over. The pairings we wear ETHEREAL in — the shared materials that bridge them, the ratios that make them work, and the one pairing where it goes on second.

HOW IT WORKS

BLEND

Layer ETHEREAL under any fragrance you already wear. It's designed to disappear into what's there, not compete with it.

AMPLIFY

Bergamot, neroli and white tea lift what's underneath — adding brightness and radiance without changing the character of your original scent.

BECOME

The result isn't a new fragrance. It's a more luminous version of the one you already love — your aura, amplified.

THE 3-STEP RITUAL

A simple sequence, every time you wear it.

STEP 1

PREP

Apply to clean, moisturized skin — pulse points hold fragrance longer and layer more evenly.

STEP 2

BASE

Spray your everyday fragrance first. Let it settle for 30 seconds before the next layer.

STEP 3

ETHEREAL

Layer ETHEREAL on top or underneath — wrists, collarbone, the nape of your neck. Let the two compositions meet on skin, not in the air.

“Some fragrances sit on your skin. Others become part of you.”
